Normal 0 false false false st1\:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) } /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} We left our mooring in Devizes around 12 noon today. We were both very tired last night after our long, hard day and in fact I went to bed around 9.30 with the intention of reading my book � it didn�t last long! Clive came to bed a little while after me and we were soon going cross-eyed trying to read and so gave up and went to sleep. We must have really needed our sleep though as we didn�t wake up until after 10.00am this morning!  The cruise from Devizes was a very gentle one, with no locks and only a couple of swing bridges. I jumped off and did the first one without any problems and sometime later we noticed another boat up in front of us going extremely slowly. Then we realised it was pulling in to the bank, because of course we had reached the second swing bridge! As we approached we both thought the boat looked very familiar and sure enough as we got closer we could read the name on the side � Wewak! Well fancy that � they kindly let us through the bridge first and as we waved goodbye I got a quick photo as we hadn�t managed to get one yesterday. I had noticed there only seemed to be three of them on board and there should have been four, well sometime later we noticed a lady jogging along the towpath towards us and as she got nearer we could see it was the fourth crew member. Some people have far too much energy!!!  Other than that we have nothing else to report. Also we haven�t taken many photographs as we photographed everything of interest on the way down the K and A a couple of weeks ago. Just a few wildlife pictures, none of which turned out particularly well � you should try taking photos of swallows as they skim the water catching bugs! I got a couple but they are a bit blurry, which is a shame. I did get one of a Kestrel perched on the telegraph wires and a swan on its nest.  So we are now moored up at Pewsey Wharf, having just been for a wee drink at The Waterfront pub which is right next to the wharf!  It took us about four hours to get here from Devizes, which was quite enough for today, however we are both still quite tired so I think an early night will be on the cards again!  By the way I have to apologise to Jamie � I said he was 7 yesterday and I�m wrong, he�s actually 8 oops! Sorry Jamie!
